Cathy Walker will share the interesting history behind many of the customs of the season and offer ways to make them more meaningful and enjoyable for you.
Jasmine Hurtak will talk about ideas to prevent holiday hangover: avoid eating and spending too much and crashing in January. Simple changes can make a big difference.
Mary Jane Ihasz will lead a visualization to connect us with our deep longing to create a meaningful holiday season. We will look at what traditions are, what they mean to you, and what else might be possible.
