Together we will create a safe, sacred place to remember why we are here at this time of change and what gifts we bring. We will explore both our fears and our hearts’ longing. We will work together releasing that which has held us back, sometimes for lifetimes. We will be encouraged to bring forth the powerful, compassionate healer in each of us.
Each session is limited to 11 people and the fee is $99.
This workshop will be repeated four times on the following dates: Saturday, January 10th, Saturday, February 7th, Saturday, March 7th and Saturday, April 4th, from 9 am to 4 pm. Bring a bag lunch. Wear comfortable clothes.

An apprenticeship with Jasmine Hurtak at Partner Earth Education Center in Danby, Vermont
In these challenging times it becomes more and more important that we have tools to take care of our own health, focus on preventive natural medicine, and decrease our dependency on expensive pharmaceuticals.
In this certified apprenticeship you will learn many practical ways to maintain, or grow to, vibrant health and balance in daily life. The focus will be on herbal medicine, back yard plants, and healing foods.
This is a six month course in which we will talk about a wide variety of subjects, covering common discomforts like allergies, fatigue, weight issues, woman’s health, etc. You’ll learn about natural skin care, first aid, diets, herb gardens and so much more. Plant walks will give you direct experience of the plants and will help you to recognize many of the useful, and often delicious, herbs and wild plants. The Enzo in our logo is one of the deepest symbols in Japanese Zen Buddhism. A representation of the pure consciousness of enlightenment and the true nature of existence. This special evening celebrates two extremely talented women, two diverse and successful performers, and 30 years of friendship. Julie brings her sultry jazz voice, accomplished guitar and bass skills, and a wicked sense of humor to blend with Anita’s memorable and magical songs, poetry, and amazing vocals.
The performance will cover jazz, rock, folk ballads, and is sure to be an evening you won’t soon forget.

With a dynamic and transporting blend of music and rhythm, Soul Bath offers you a journey to the ecstatic and back again!
A ten-member band will beguile you with timeless and contemporary rhythms from around the world that will convey you into new realms of dance and delight. No previous experience or knowledge needed. Just let the rhythms lead you.
Kick off your shoes and have some fun. Join us for all or part of the journey. If dancing doesn’t appeal, just sit back and enjoy the music and the show.
The COH Cafe will be serving delightful desserts and drinks during the performance.
