A ten-member band will beguile you with timeless and contemporary rhythms from around the world that will convey you into new realms of dance and delight. No previous experience or knowledge needed. Just let the rhythms lead you.
Kick off your shoes and have some fun. Join us for all or part of the journey. If dancing doesn’t appeal, just sit back and enjoy the music and the show.

Birth Circle
Every fourth Monday of the month, 7.00 - 9.00 pm
What do you want to learn or share about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding or baby care? Come to our Birth Circle for answers and support! Topics for discussion will be chosen by you. We will include videos, demonstrations, participatory exercises and guest speakers.
The group will be facilitated by Midwife and Herbalist, Helena Wu.
Birth Circle will meet at Circle of Healing on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. $6 per person or $10 per couple will cover materials, snacks, and our utilities expenses.

Wisdom of the Seasons - Woman’s Journey Thru the Year
