Circle of Healing | An Holistic Approach to Health in the Mettawee Valley of Southwestern Vermont

Every fourth Monday of the month, 7.00 - 9.00 pm
What do you want to learn or share about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding or baby care? Come to our Birth Circle for answers and support! Topics for discussion will be chosen by you. We will include videos, demonstrations, participatory exercises and guest speakers.
The group will be facilitated by Midwife and Herbalist, Helena Wu.
Birth Circle will meet at Circle of Healing on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. $6 per person or $10 per couple will cover materials, snacks, and our utilities expenses.

There is a gift for us each season in the stories and traditions that have been handed down to us through the millennia - sense of time and meaning that comes from moving with the rhythms of the Earth. We will celebrate each turning of the Earth’s calendar with a blending of stories and songs, activities, experiences, and ceremony. This circle will meet 9 times in the next 12 months.

Participants will experience a group of healers working simultaneously. This creates a deeply supportive environment that can be very powerful, rejuvenating, and relaxing.

Life is relationship, says the Guide. This year we will explore relationship: to ourselves, to others, and to God. In the Oneness we are one. Here on earth, we are many. The friction that arises in our interaction with the other, in any form, serves as a mirror, illuminating the obstacles within that create separation. Awareness, acceptance of, and being with the conflicting elements in friction can bring us, ultimately, to blissful fusion. The journey to the other is the journey to the self and to God.
